1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • “Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Krascom Enterprise Ltd

  • “Client,” “You,” “Your” refers to the person or entity renting a vehicle

  • “Vehicle” refers to any car provided under a rental agreement

  • “Rental Period” refers to the agreed duration of the hire

  • “Delivery” refers to vehicle drop-off and collection at a client-specified location

  • “Agreement” refers to these Terms & Conditions together with any booking confirmation

2. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking, signing a rental agreement, or accepting delivery of a vehicle, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

3. Eligibility Requirements

To rent a vehicle, you must:

  • Hold a full, valid UK or international driving licence acceptable in the UK

  • Meet minimum age requirements as specified for each vehicle

  • Provide valid identification and proof of address upon request

  • Pass any licence, identity, or background checks deemed necessary

We reserve the right to refuse a rental without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Bookings & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by the Company

  • A booking is not confirmed until payment and required documentation are received

  • We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of similar value and category if necessary

5. Vehicle Delivery & Collection

  • Krascom Enterprise Ltd operates on a delivery-only basis

  • Delivery and collection addresses must be accurate and accessible

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events

  • Missed deliveries or collections caused by client unavailability may incur additional charges

6. Rental Period & Extensions

  • The rental period begins upon delivery and ends upon collection

  • Extensions must be approved in writing prior to rental expiry

  • Late returns may result in additional charges, including daily rental fees and penalties

7. Fees, Payments & Card Merchant Compliance

7.1 Payment Methods

We accept major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

7.2 Authorisation & Security Deposits

  • We may pre-authorise or charge a security deposit prior to delivery

  • Deposits may be retained to cover damages, fines, cleaning, late returns, or breaches

  • Authorisations may take several working days to release, subject to your card issuer

7.3 Transparency & Descriptors

  • All charges will be clearly itemised

  • Card statements will display the Company’s trading name

7.4 Chargebacks & Disputes

  • By agreeing to these Terms, you authorise Krascom Enterprise Ltd to submit evidence to card issuers in the event of a dispute or chargeback

  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and recovery of costs

8. Pricing & Additional Charges

You may be charged for, but not limited to:

  • Fuel replacement

  • Excess mileage

  • Late return penalties

  • Damage, loss, or theft

  • Excessive cleaning

  • Parking tickets, fines, or congestion charges

  • Administrative fees

9. Use of Vehicle

The vehicle must:

  • Be driven lawfully and responsibly

  • Not be used for racing, towing, off-road driving, or illegal activities

  • Not be driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Not be driven by unauthorised drivers

You are responsible for all actions taken while the vehicle is in your possession.

10. Damage, Loss & Insurance

  • The client is responsible for any loss or damage occurring during the rental period

  • Insurance coverage is subject to terms, exclusions, and excess amounts

  • Insurance is invalid if the Agreement is breached

  • You must report accidents, damage, or theft immediately

11. Breakdown & Mechanical Issues

  • The client must notify us immediately of any mechanical issues

  • Unauthorised repairs are not permitted

  • Replacement vehicles are not guaranteed

12. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original payment method

  • No-shows may be charged in full

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence

14. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements.

15. Termination

We may terminate the rental immediately if:

  • Terms are breached

  • The vehicle is misused

  • Payment is reversed or disputed unlawfully

No refund will be due in such cases.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

17. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published with a revised date.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
